Delivery & Shipping Policy

Mr Chemist is a trading name of Medheal Ltd. Medicines are dispensed by Trustcare Pharmacy, a UK-registered pharmacy regulated by the General Pharmaceutical Council (GPhC).

1. Prescription Approval

All orders are subject to:

• Completion of an online consultation
• Review by a UK-qualified prescriber
• Clinical approval

Orders are only dispatched once approved. If not approved, a full refund is issued.

2. Dispensing & Dispatch

• Medicines are dispensed by Trustcare Pharmacy
• Orders are typically dispatched within 1 working day of approval
• Orders placed outside working hours are processed the next working day

3. Delivery

• UK delivery only
• Tracked courier service used
• Estimated delivery: 1–3 working days

Delivery times are not guaranteed and depend on the courier.

4. Temperature-Controlled Medicines

Some medicines require cold chain delivery:

• Shipped in insulated packaging
• Must be received promptly

We are not responsible for temperature compromise if delivery is missed.

5. Failed Deliveries

We are not responsible for delays due to:

• Incorrect address details
• Missed deliveries
• Courier issues

Additional charges may apply for redelivery.

6. Responsibility

Responsibility for the order passes to the patient once delivery is confirmed by the courier.
